About the Role
As a Consolidations Manager at Trimble, you will manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual global consolidation process for approximately 160 legal entities. Your responsibilities will include preparing consolidated financial packages for Executive Leadership, overseeing intercompany eliminations and foreign currency translation, and collaborating with various teams on consolidated results. You will also lead process improvements, support SOX compliance, and mentor team members.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 7 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in consolidations or corporate accounting within a publicly traded company.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Preferred:
- CPA or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
- Proven experience managing multiple legal entities in a global structure.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner effectively across global teams.
