About the Role
As a Concierge, you will greet residents and visitors, manage incoming phone calls, address inquiries with empathy, log package distributions, collaborate with departments, monitor community access, schedule transportation, manage event reservations, and maintain an organized workspace. Your focus will be on hospitality, customer service, and resident satisfaction.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience with a multi-line phone system and professional phone etiquette.
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office applications.
- Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
- Demonstrates initiative with advanced critical thinking skills.
- Proven administrative and organizational skills.
- Professional, pleasant, and team-oriented attitude.
