Oakmont Senior Living is seeking a Concierge to join their team at Ivy Park at Belmont, CA. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing visitor interactions, and supporting administrative tasks.
About the Role
As a Concierge, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, fulfilling resident requests, arranging property tours, answering multi-line telephones, and providing clerical support to the administrative staff. You will ensure a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests while promoting teamwork and cooperation among departments.
About You
Required:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
Preferred:
- Two (2) years of experience in a hospitality setting or prior senior living community.
- Ability to operate a personal computer.
