Summary
Chenega Agile Real-Time Solutions (CARS) is looking for a Computer Programmer: IT Operations Programmer – Advanced to join their team in Patuxent River, MD. This role supports a Department of Defense (DoD) client by enhancing IT systems administration and operations.
About the Role
As a Computer Programmer: IT Operations Programmer – Advanced, you will create, modify, and test code, forms, and scripts to aid in IT systems administration, data transfer, security, and operations. You will work from specifications provided by software developers and may assist in analyzing user needs and designing software solutions. Additional responsibilities include developing programs to store and retrieve data and other duties as assigned.
About You
Required:
- Graduate degree and 7+ years of relevant experience OR High school diploma or GED equivalent with active CSWF Code 622, 631 certifications, or CISSP and CSSLP, and 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Active Secret clearance.
Preferred:
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a team setting.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Office applications.
- Previous customer service experience.
