About the Role
As a Computer & Information Systems Manager, you will spearhead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies, lead the overhaul of existing IT infrastructures, and develop comprehensive IT strategies. You will cultivate partnerships with stakeholders, guide the adoption of IT best practices, oversee cybersecurity measures, and monitor technology trends to enhance IRS operations.
About You
Required:
- 7 years of proven experience in IT management with a successful track record in complex IT projects.
- Strong technical proficiency in cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, and machine learning.
- Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams.
- Comprehensive understanding of regulatory compliance standards relevant to the IT industry.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
