About the Role
As the Computational ADMET Group Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of scientists in developing innovative computational methods to address druggability and safety issues. You will collaborate with chemists and project leaders, utilize computational tools for compound design, and ensure effective data analysis across various experiments. Your leadership will guide the team in tackling complex problems and optimizing multi-property strategies.
About You
Required:
- PhD in computational chemistry, cheminformatics, computational biology or a related field.
- 7+ years of industry experience leading a cross-site computational group in ADME or Toxicology.
Preferred:
- In-depth knowledge of hit-to-lead to candidate optimization across ADME and Toxicology fields.
- Experience in leading teams applying advanced machine learning and statistical methodologies.
- Proficient in scripting/programming in Python, C/C++, or R.
- Commanding knowledge of principles of ADMET and Pharmacokinetics.
