About You
- At least 3+ years of professional experience required; a minimum of 2 years working in the nonprofit development field preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with varied internal and external constituencies.
- Solid computer skills, including fluency in Microsoft Office and strong capacity in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar CRM systems.
- Attentive to detail, able to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Exemplary interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively with culturally diverse staff.
- Experience in fundraising and community engagement strategies.
- Familiarity with indirect giving opportunities and charity oversight organizations.
