Summary
Stripe is seeking a Communications Operations Lead to join their team in Chicago, IL. The role involves leading the communications operations group to enhance creativity while ensuring operational excellence.
About the Role
As the Communications Operations Lead, you will partner closely with the Head of Comms and the communications leadership team to drive strategy, operations, and planning across the organization. You will oversee the efficient running of the communications organization, create processes that enable the teams to perform at their best, and lead the exploration and creation of new AI tools. Your responsibilities will also include writing clear internal documents, resolving ambiguous situations, and coaching the operations team.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in program management, product management, business operations, strategy and operations, finance, and consulting.
- 3+ years of working directly with C-level executives and their direct reports.
- 3+ years of people management experience.
- Proven track record of defining and executing complex programs with global teams across multiple functions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in building structures, processes, and tools for creative groups.
- Strong operator with experience making sound, data-driven decisions.
- Ability to thrive in solving ambiguous problems.
