About the Role
As a Communications and Public Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for creating content, managing media relations, and developing communication strategies. Your tasks will include collaborating with program teams, writing and editing various materials, maintaining brand guidelines, and supporting internal and external communications. You will also handle public relations activities, including media outreach and monitoring coverage.
About You
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
3–4 years of relevant experience in nonprofit, agency, or mission-driven settings.
Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
Experience with media outreach and relationship-building.
Proficiency in digital tools such as email marketing platforms, CMS, and social media management tools.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and social impact.
