Ardán® is seeking a Commercial Title Coordinator to join their team in Plymouth Meeting, PA. The role involves assisting with opening files, managing title, tax, and municipal lien searches, and ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.
About the Role
As a Commercial Title Coordinator, you will assist in opening files, placing and following up on title, tax, and municipal lien searches. You will evaluate title searches, create and deliver title commitments, and ensure all document types are current and correct. Providing excellent customer service is essential as you will interact with customers, real estate agents, and attorneys. You will also work with the Disbursement team to handle closing proceeds and monitor workflow queues to meet performance metrics.
About You
Required:
High school diploma or GED required; Baccalaureate degree preferred.
3+ years’ experience in title (commercial experience preferred but not required).
Strong customer service skills required.
Preferred:
Experience utilizing ResWare or similar software.
National experience preferred with both Purchase and Refinance transactions.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present issues and recommendations clearly.
