About the Role
As a Commercial Relationship Manager, you will engage with Field Sales to build dealer relationships, structure commercial loans, and serve as the voice of the customer for commercial products. You will coordinate with dealers and underwriting to ensure efficient processes, lead the onboarding of commercial accounts, and manage ongoing dealer monitoring. Additionally, you will handle credit line management and respond to dealer issues effectively.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 5 years of auto commercial lending and/or account management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in automotive financial services or commercial banking.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Knowledge of accounting, financial statement analysis, cash flow, and dealer workout.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of industry-specific web-based tools such as AssureSign/Docusign, DataScan, SalesForce, and Jericho.
