About the Role
As a Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of loan origination, from initial outreach to funding. You will source and close over $30 million per year in transactions, expand the referral network, partner with marketing for promotional activities, and pilot new technology tools to enhance the origination process.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years generating and closing CRE debt or equity transactions.
- Documented sourcing of $50 million+ in the last 24 months with a clean CRM.
- Fluency in DSCR, CLTV, and NOI drivers.
Preferred:
- Rolodex of active sponsors, mortgage bankers, and capital advisors nationwide.
- Experience in startup or high-growth environments.
- Willingness to travel (~25%) for site walks and conferences.
