You will conduct due diligence, advise clients on real estate transactions, collaborate with other attorneys on complex matters, and maintain strong client relationships through responsive service.
About You
Required:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice in Massachusetts and in good standing.
- 5+ years of experience in transactional commercial real estate law.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines independently.
Preferred:
- 2+ years of experience handling a broad range of commercial real estate matters.
