About the Role
As a Commercial Laundry Support Technician, you will handle inquiries regarding repair issues, provide part numbers, interpret schematics, and process warranty claims. You will communicate with various stakeholders to resolve technical inquiries, stay updated on product knowledge, and attend training courses. Your responsibilities will also include accurately processing call transactions and identifying sales lead opportunities.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a technical field with hands-on troubleshooting and repair experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized, focused, and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task.
Preferred:
- Previous knowledge and experience in the professional and commercial laundry equipment service and sales industry.
- Technical Call Center experience.
