Navan is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to join their growing sales organization in New York, NY. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, generating pipeline, and closing new customers for their all-in-one travel and expense management super app.
About the Role
As a Commercial Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. You will drive sales by creating opportunities in the pipeline, build relationships with clients, and work closely with various teams to ensure successful implementation of Navan's platform. Your role will also involve meeting and exceeding monthly revenue targets and accurately forecasting revenue in Salesforce.
About You
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role ideally within SaaS or similar environment.
- Strong experience in outbound prospecting into new accounts and conducting product demonstrations in a value-based sales environment.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Preferred:
- Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g. MEDDPIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales, Command of The Message).
- Agile and coachable with a desire to learn and grow.
