About the Role
As a Color Coater Operator, you will be responsible for operating the coating line with precision, following job tickets and specifications for coating, performing setups for blade and stripe coating jobs, ensuring proper mixing of colors, producing quality control samples, and maintaining a clean work area. You will also handle hazardous materials in compliance with EPA and OSHA standards.
About You
Required:
- 13 years’ experience in running large coating equipment or equivalent machinery.
- Good mechanical aptitude.
- Basic math skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Good color eye.
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
