About the Role
As an Insulation Technician Assistant, you will assist in the installation of various insulation materials, prepare job sites, remove old insulation, measure and cut insulation, operate equipment under supervision, maintain cleanliness, follow safety protocols, and communicate effectively with team members.
About You
Required:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces, attics, and crawl spaces.
- Comfortable working at heights and on ladders.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in construction or insulation.
