As a Coding Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all clinician and coding staff are trained on the proper use and research techniques for CPT and ICD-10 coding. You will also ensure that patient visit, E/M, and diagnosis codes entered in the Practice Management system are accurate and complete. This position requires a commitment to maintaining a healthy work-life balance and supporting a thriving community through integrated care services.
About You
Required:
- Certified Professional Coder (CPC)
- 3 years CPT and ICD coding experience
- Strong medical billing background
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong verbal communication and training/presentation skills
- Competence with spreadsheet (Excel) and word processing (Word) programs
Preferred:
- Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC)
- Previous supervisory or management experience
