About the Role
As a CNC Set Up Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring CNC Mills and Lathes, performing machine setups, reading and interpreting blueprints, inspecting finished products, conducting routine maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and collaborating with team members to meet production goals.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience with CNC Mills and Lathes in a manufacturing or machine shop setting.
- Proficiency in using precision measurement tools and reading technical drawings.
Preferred:
- Technical certifications or vocational training in machining.
- Basic understanding of G-code programming and editing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
