About the Role
As a CNC Mill-Lathe Machinist I, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of CNC milling and lathe machines, including setup, programming, and inspection of final products. You will follow work lists and shop routers, maintain a clean and safe work area, and operate various tools while ensuring timely completion of tasks. You will also be expected to learn and adapt to machining processes and notify supervisors of any equipment issues.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Skill or experience with Mazatrol programming.
- Ability to program, set up, and operate horizontal and vertical CNC machining centers.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
- Experience using precision measuring instruments.
Preferred:
- Acknowledged training in programming and operating Mazatrol or conversational control systems.
- Ability to learn machining processes through formal training.
