About the Role
As a Cloud Information Assurance Specialist, you will assess and implement security requirements for cloud environments, guide the development of cloud-based security architectures, and ensure compliance with information assurance standards. You will leverage your expertise to recommend tools and capabilities, conduct risk assessments, and mentor future cloud security experts.
About You
Required:
- 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity or information assurance.
- 4+ years of experience with maintaining the security posture of a cloud environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a CS, IT, or Cybersecurity field.
- Intermediate-level Cloud Computing Certification such as CCSP, Certified AWS Solutions Architect, or DevOps Engineer Certification.
- Secret clearance.
Preferred:
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.
- Experience writing in IaC tools such as AWS CloudFormation or Terraform.
- Experience with NIST standards.
- Experience with CI/CD.
- Experience with Agile or Scrum frameworks and practices.
- Knowledge of Confluence, Jira, and Microsoft Office Suite.
