About the Role
As a Clinician - School-Based Outpatient, you will provide outpatient services including clinical assessments, individual and family therapy, and service coordination. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based treatment approaches for trauma, depression, anxiety, and other mental health disorders. The position includes weekly individual supervision and opportunities for ongoing group supervision.
About You
Required:
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or other license-eligible Human Services field.
- Must register and become license-eligible with Virginia Board of Counseling within 3 months of hire.
Preferred:
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply for additional compensation.
