About the Role
As a Clinical Supervisor, you will provide leadership and direction for all case management services, facilitate clinical case conferencing, conduct monthly reviews of client case files, and ensure timely data entry in HMIS. You will also develop an MSW student internship program and supervise case managers seeking state licensure.
About You
Required:
- Master’s in Social Work or related field required.
- 3 years of postgraduate clinical experience required; hands-on experience working with persons who are homeless and/or materially poor.
Preferred:
- Current LMSW preferred, or MSW working toward licensure may be considered.
- 2 years supervisory experience preferred.
