About the Role
As a Clinical Supervisor, you will oversee client services, ensure compliance with program standards, audit client records, assist in staff management, and serve as a resource for complex case problems. You will also assume a client caseload as needed and supervise staff in hospital settings under a federal grant.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a closely related field.
- Current certification as a substance abuse counselor (CADC) or higher licensure (LPC, LSW) in state of hire.
- 3-5 years of clinical experience in the treatment of substance abuse with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Related work experience with program specific population (adolescent/adult) and residential treatment setting.
