Summary
Rightway is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist, Specialty to join their Clinical Operations team in the United States. The role focuses on engaging specialty members to manage their medications and provide exceptional customer service.
About the Role
As a Clinical Pharmacist, Specialty, you will guide specialty members in managing their medications and disease states, providing a concierge experience through phone, chat, and email. You will assist with copay and patient assistance programs, onboard new members, perform drug utilization reviews, and collaborate with the Navigation team to support members holistically. Additionally, you will contribute to the Pharmacy & Therapeutics process and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
About You
Required:
- Pharmacy degree required, PharmD preferred.
- 3 years in direct patient care such as PBM clinical operations, Health Plan Pharmacy Department, or Specialty pharmacy.
Preferred:
- Managed Care or specialty pharmacy residency preferred.
- Multi-state licenses and/or willingness to attain licensure in additional states.
