- PharmD degree.
- Current Missouri Pharmacist license in good standing or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
- Experience with Pharmacy Benefit Management and Prior Authorization.
- Understanding of Prior Authorization applications, Pro DUR, and Retro DUR.
- Medicaid experience.
