About the Role
As the Clinical Director of Residential and Therapeutic Day Services, you will be responsible for the effective delivery, supervision, and training of clinical care. Your duties will include monitoring productivity reports, facilitating staff meetings and trainings, collaborating with management to implement agency policies, reviewing case documentation, and providing after-hours on-call support.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or another clinical license.
- One year of prior supervisory experience.
- Five years of prior clinical experience, with at least two years working with youth in out-of-home care.
- Familiarity with trauma-informed care.
- Approved CORI & DCF background checks.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
