About the Role
As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, executing clinical policies, promoting a therapeutic environment, providing oversight to a team of BCBAs and RBTs, conducting staff training, and maintaining a reduced clinical caseload. You will also engage in hiring processes and communicate with administrative teams to manage staff and client records.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Minimum of 3 years experience practicing as a BCBA.
Preferred:
- Experience in a leadership/management role for an ABA provider.
- Experience managing teams, projects, and meetings.
- Experience working with multiple funding sources.
- History of work with children, adolescents, and families in clinical settings.
- Proficiency with ABA Data Collection and Practice Management systems such as Central Reach.
