About the Role
As a Clinical Director BCBA, you will be responsible for overseeing clinic operations, mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians, and ensuring the implementation of effective treatment plans. You will also conduct formal assessments and provide educational opportunities to families and caregivers, all while fostering a collaborative team environment.
About You
Required:
Current BCBA certificate with at least two years of experience in clinic-based or home-based ABA practice.
Current NC licensure or eligibility to apply for this status.
Extensive experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavior challenges, including Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Proficiency in conducting various formal assessments (i.e. VB Mapp, The Vineland, PEAK, etc.).
Experience writing and implementing high-quality treatment plans and positive behavior support plans.
Ability to collect, review, and utilize data for treatment decisions.
Preferred:
Passion for training, mentoring, and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Experience using electronic medical record/practice management applications (Central Reach preferred).
Proof of completion for the BACB's 8-hour Supervision Course.
