About the Role
As a Clinical Coordinator / RN Internal Medicine, you will report to the Practice Manager and be responsible for daily supervision of the medical assistants and front desk staff within the Adult Health Center clinic. Your duties will include managing office workflow, scheduling, and ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction. You will work in a supportive environment that prioritizes team well-being and utilizes advanced technology to enhance patient care.
About You
Required:
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing required.
- Current valid NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License.
- Three years of work experience as a professional nurse.
- Current basic life support certificate.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Supervisory experience in a team leader role in a primary care setting.
- Familiarity with community resources in the medical environment.
