About the Role
As a Clinical Athletic Trainer, you will collaborate with medical professionals, coaches, and athletes to ensure players are ready to play by maintaining proper nutrition and treatment for injuries. You will attend sporting events, evaluate athletes' physical conditions, assist with dietary and fitness plans, and document patient care. Additionally, you will participate in quality assurance and safety committees, manage patient appointments, and ensure the examination rooms are prepared and maintained.
About You
Required:
- Licensure as Athletic Trainer in State of Illinois
- Certified Athletic Trainer through National Athletic Trainers Association
- BLS certification
- Bachelor's degree required from athletic training program
Preferred:
- Master's degree
- 2 years of Athletic Training experience
- Experience documenting in an electronic medical record
- Previous Orthopedic experience
