About the Role
As a Clinical Activation Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting online and field-based clinical support, ensuring optimal workflows for the adoption of aligner solutions. Your tasks will include promoting clear aligner products, providing training, troubleshooting issues, and building strong relationships with clients. You will also represent Eon Dental at industry events and gather customer feedback to improve product offerings.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene, Dental Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in dental practice sales or clinical support, ideally with clear aligners.
- Strong knowledge of treatment protocols and case planning preferably in clear aligners.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
Preferred:
- Certification as a Dental Hygienist or equivalent.
- Ability to travel extensively to support sales teams.
