About the Role
As a Clinical Accreditation Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing quality improvement and compliance activities, directing accreditation readiness, providing consultative services on regulatory issues, and coordinating on-site surveys. You will also develop continuous readiness plans, manage accreditation applications, and deliver education on accreditation standards across the organization.
About You
Required:
- RN license required.
- Five years of clinical and/or administrative experience in a healthcare setting, including experience with accreditation and regulatory bodies.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's/master's degree in a healthcare-related field.
- Certification such as CPHA or CPHQ.
