About the Role
As a Clinic Manager, you will lead and inspire the team, monitor performance dashboards, and ensure extraordinary customer service. You will be responsible for managing patient flow, resolving customer service issues, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, you will collaborate with the leadership team on strategic business planning and oversee the clinic's operational efficiency.
About You
Required:
- BA/BS degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of related work experience in a medical clinic, hospital setting, or similar environment.
Preferred:
- 3 years of supervisory/managerial experience in a medical clinic, hospital setting, or similarly regulated environment.
Benefits
- Base pay range of $79k–$119k, with additional compensation available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives.
