About the Role
As a Clinic-Based ABA Therapist, you will work 1:1 with children aged 2-12, engaging in activities that promote their growth at home, school, and in everyday life. Your responsibilities will include playing games to enhance language skills, assisting children with daily tasks, managing challenging behaviors, tracking progress, and collaborating with your team to adjust therapy plans as needed.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience working with children in various settings (babysitting, coaching, camps, classrooms, etc.).
- Physical stamina and mobility to actively engage with children, including lifting up to 45 pounds.
Preferred:
- Eager to learn and adapt in challenging situations.
- Interest in long-term careers in ABA, education, child psychology, OT, SLP, or mental health.
