HealthRIGHT 360 is seeking a Client Support Apprentice to join their team in San Francisco, CA. The role involves participating in a 3-month earn-while-you-learn training program focused on behavioral health care.
About the Role
As a Client Support Apprentice, you will engage in formal training and onsite job shadowing in client-facing roles. Your responsibilities will include documenting hours, attending supervision meetings, completing assigned training, and observing daily activities at the program site. You will also shadow experienced colleagues and learn about documentation requirements in an electronic health record system.
About You
Required:
Open to individuals with little or no work experience or education.
Willingness to learn and participate in training activities.
Preferred:
Individuals with lived experience in behavioral health.
Those who have faced barriers to employment and are looking to re-enter the workforce.
