Summary
Pennington Partners & Co. is seeking a Client Services Team Lead to join their team in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The role involves managing client service interactions and leading a team to enhance client engagement with Operating Partner Families and LPs.
About the Role
As the Client Services Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day client service operations, providing leadership to Client Relationship Officers, and developing processes to improve client engagement. You will collaborate with various teams to implement KPIs, manage performance reporting, and ensure seamless execution of client service requests. This role requires a strong commitment to client service excellence and the ability to innovate in the Private Wealth Management sector.
About You
Required:
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience managing a Client Service team at a Private Wealth Management firm, Private Bank, RIA, Multi-Family Office, Independent Broker/Dealer or Wirehouse.
- A minimum of 7 years of total experience in Client Service or adjacent functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field, from a top College or University.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree or MBA.
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning, business process implementation and business development.
- Experience managing a team of client service members across multiple regions.
