Summary
BCforward is seeking a highly motivated Payforward Services Manager to support their business in Indianapolis, IN. The role involves managing delivery and leading continuous improvement to meet/exceed client service level agreements.
About the Role
As a Payforward Services Manager, you will be responsible for operational execution, team leadership, and client service. Your daily tasks will include assigning workloads, providing coaching, facilitating process enhancements, leading status meetings, managing onboarding, and delivering status reports to clients. You will also monitor team KPIs and ensure high performance and accountability.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years leading Services Delivery or business to business customer service with a human resources component.
- 3+ years delivering services with measures captured and communicated to track and manage progress to plan.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven history of maintaining client and candidate relationships.
- Demonstrated experience driving process definition and implementing improvements.
- Prior experience with measuring service outcomes and growth measures.
