Summary
Pennington Partners & Co. is seeking a Client Services Associate to join their team in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale Area. The role focuses on managing client service excellence and engagement with Operating Partner Families and LPs.
About the Role
As a Client Services Associate, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day interactions with clients, designing and implementing client service processes, preparing performance reports, and ensuring high levels of client engagement. You will work closely with various teams to promote client expectations and drive long-term business results.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing a Client Service team at a Private Wealth Management firm, Private Bank, RIA, Multi-Family Office, or similar.
- Minimum of 3 years of total experience in Client Service or adjacent functions.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field from a top College or University.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree or MBA.
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
- Strong aptitude in data analysis and performance metrics.
