About the Role
As a Client Implementation Specialist, you will guide clients through the onboarding process, help them organize and integrate complex investment data, and ensure they are set up for long-term success on the Arch platform. This role requires building relationships, managing multiple onboarding workflows, and contributing to internal process improvements while delivering exceptional client service.
About You
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in project management, implementation, client services, or finance.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship management instincts, especially with high-value clients.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset and passion for delivering excellent client experiences.
Preferred:
- Experience in wealth management, private funds, a family office, or accounting.
- Familiarity with concepts like IRRs, capital calls, K-1s, or NAV reporting.
- Experience with SQL or willingness to learn.
- Completion of finance or accounting coursework.
