About the Role
As a Client Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for fielding client calls, producing proposals, processing employee time sheets, maintaining databases, ordering office supplies, and managing accounts receivable. This is a full-time, in-office position with a fixed schedule from Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm.
About You
Required:
- Minimum two years of experience in office processes and office administration procedures.
- Outstanding telephone and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to meet deadlines with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Expert organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Must be able to type a minimum of 45 WPM.
Preferred:
- Prior working experience with CRM and SAP systems.
