About the Role
As a Client Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for orchestrating the integration and adoption of VIA's digital solutions into customer workflows. You will collaborate with C-level executives and senior stakeholders, provide exceptional support, and ensure that VIA exceeds client expectations. Your role will also involve identifying future product expansion opportunities and leading continuous improvement processes.
About You
Required:
- Three+ years of experience in a customer facing role in technology consulting or related fields.
- Ability to liaise with multiple senior stakeholders across technical and commercial business functions.
- A consistent track record of excellent client service and on-time delivery managing projects.
Preferred:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where innovation is continuous.
- Capacity to travel up to 25% to customer meetings as required.
- Eligibility to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (SECRET Level).
