As a Client Coordinator, you will be responsible for checking patients in and out, providing product and service information, taking payments, and scheduling future appointments. You will also handle phone calls, perform various administrative tasks, and maintain a clean and welcoming front office environment. Additionally, you will assist in reorganizing products and ensuring the office is well-presented. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in office software are essential, along with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
