Summary
Optomi is seeking a Client Advisor to join their growing sales team in Charlotte, NC. The role involves developing relationships with builders, designers, and homeowners to provide on-site solutions for custom home automation projects.
About the Role
As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for selling premium smart home solutions, following up on warm leads, and prospecting new clients. You will meet on-site with clients to understand their project needs, educate them on available products, and collaborate with internal teams to drive sales results. This position requires maintaining and growing a $2M–$2.5M annual book of business while working in a dynamic, high-impact environment.
About You
Required:
- 1–2+ years of home automation sales experience.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong consultative selling skills with experience engaging builders, designers, and project managers.
- Experience with cold outreach and field sales activity.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with lighting, shading, entertainment, or other smart home systems.
- Existing network in GA, NC, or FL and/or personal passion for home tech.
