AXA XL is seeking a Claims Specialist, E&S to join their team in multiple locations. The role involves managing complex claims, fostering collaboration, and driving continuous improvement within the claims process.

As a Claims Specialist, E&S, you will be responsible for sending acknowledgment letters, making insured and claimant contacts, coordinating investigations, processing total loss and salvage handling, obtaining statements and police reports, evaluating claims, negotiating resolutions, and ensuring timely responses to all communications. You will report to the Casualty Claims Manager and work in a team-oriented environment focused on client service and continuous improvement.
