About the Role
As a Civil Engineer Project Manager, you will be responsible for daily management, operations, coordination, and overall integration of technical project activities. You will direct, review, and approve project changes, develop and manage project budgets, and lead quality assurance and plan checking procedures. Additionally, you will collaborate with clients and regulatory agencies to obtain necessary approvals and permits, supervise staff, and assist in policy development.
About You
Required:
- BS in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- 5+ years of design experience in land development, civil engineering, landscape architecture, and/or project management.
- Proficient in local jurisdiction infrastructure design standards and approval processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred:
- Maryland Professional Engineer license.
- Basic CAD software experience and Civil 3D software knowledge.
- Basic business and financial acumen with budgeting and design experience.
