About the Role
As a Child Developmental Interventionist, you will utilize the DIR/Floortime model to conduct sessions that focus on relationship-based interactions. Your responsibilities will include supporting clients in their social-emotional development, using various tools and techniques to encourage engagement, and creating a nurturing environment. You will work closely with clients and their families to help them achieve their developmental goals.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 1 year experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (paid or unpaid)
- Valid driver’s license, reliable source of transportation, and active auto insurance
- Ability to lift at least 10 pounds, sit on the floor, and run as needed
- Comfortable commuting 20 miles or 30 minutes to client sessions
- Passion for working with children, youth, and young adults with developmental disabilities
Preferred:
- CPR certification in both pediatrics and adults
- Master's Degree or enrolled in a Master's program
- Bilingual

In addition to our pediatric services, we provide counseling for individuals, couples, and families.
