About the Role
As the Chief of Staff for the CCMO, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to develop transformative strategies, drive goal-setting processes, and ensure alignment with company objectives. You will also manage communications, report on key updates, and foster a thriving work environment while demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and operational excellence.
About You
Required:
- BA/BS Degree; Masters desirable but not required.
- A minimum of 15+ years' experience in marketing/sales-related positions in the technology sector.
- In-depth knowledge of the B2B SaaS industry, including market trends and competition.
- Demonstrated ability to set and achieve ambitious goals.
- Outstanding experience in strategic thinking and delivering impactful results.
Preferred:
- Proven track record in messaging and building relationships across management levels.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in managing budgets and forecasting.
- Experience in crisis management and making sound decisions under pressure.
