- Minimum 12-15 years of progressive IT and cybersecurity leadership experience.
- Proven success leading enterprise-wide information security and IT operations in complex organizations.
- Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCISO).
- Experience engaging with executive leadership and boards on cybersecurity and technology matters.
