About the Role
As the Chief Financial Officer, you will develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company’s objectives, oversee all financial operations including budgeting and reporting, manage cash flow, identify and mitigate financial risks, lead the finance team, build relationships with stakeholders, and evaluate potential business acquisitions.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of five years of experience in finance leadership roles, specifically within the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards related to automotive manufacturing and sales.
- Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and strategy development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
